TICKET INFORMATION
Ticket holders, please check this section to make sure you're aware of every necessary piece of information about the event.

1. The original contest was opened to 16+. If you won tickets and won't be 16 on August 30th, please check points 3&4.

2. Ticket holders who are 16 or +16 on the day of the event can attend the festival with anyone over 14. What does it mean? Winner must be +16, guest must be +14.

3. According to SeeTickets, the winner's photo ID will be checked at the entrance. Considering the contest was only opened to +16, any ticket winner under 16 could see themselves and their +1 refused. While we're seeking for more information to confirm it, we kindly ask you to cancel your ticket if that's your case.

4. What happens if I'm a winner under 16 or can't attend the festival due to personal/professional reasons?
Please cancel your ticket through this link. Enter the booking reference featured on the tickets' email and your postcode, scroll down the page and click on 'CANCEL'.

5. What happens to cancelled tickets? They will be automatically reallocated to another fan. Let's make someone happy, shall we?

6. Tickets are not transferable and intend on being free. It is not permitted to resell the tickets you were allocated, even the +1 ticket. SeeTickets and/or the promoter would then be entitled to cancel your tickets and their validity without further notice.

7. Winners will have to show: their vaccine pass (full vaccination) OR a lateral flow test to take in the last 48 hours prior to the event OR proof of natural immunity with positive results to a PCR test within 180 days of the event. (March 3rd 2021).
